Where are LifeCity Services?

Our Sunday Service is normally held at the WYC Auditorium, Callam St Woden (opposite the Bus Interchange and next to the Police Station Click here for a map) each week. We also have 'LifeCity' on the Road' services where the Sunday service is held around Canberra in places such as Civic, Queanbeyan, and Tuggeranong. There will be plenty of notice and promotions on the website and other communication mediums for these services.

Can I get transport to a LifeCity service?

You sure can. There are a range of public transport options, especially as the service is held opposite the Woden Bus Interchange, however we will also be kicking off, 'Wanna Ride 2 Church' soon.

What to Expect

LifeCity Sundays are the weekly combined gathering of LifeCity Church. As a new church we are still small but growing. Community is our heart and nature, even 'at church' we love to hang out.

As a young church our music style is lively and passionate, get into it or sit back and 'soak it up'. We love music because it is the language of the soul.

LifeCity is generally a fairly young church in age but we have an increasingly diverse community of singles, couples, families, Uni Students, public and private professionals and more. Being young as they say is not a matter of age but a matter of our attitude. Our desire is to see Revelation 7:9-12 happen in our gatherings on earth, a church of diversity and passion.

If you have kids we think they will love 'PlanetLife' and church in general. Church is not supposed to be the domain of the aged 20 plus year olds but a playground of discovery as our young people explore and express God in their own style.

We also love the Bible for its relevance and power in our lives. Join us as we explore the Word of God and its impact on our Mondays not just our Sundays.

What 2 wear? Clothes are a start. We are a fairly casual sort of crowd anything from shorts and Tshirt, or Jeans, Shirt and even thongs (Not G-strings for the Americans reading).

Our heart is not to simply go through religious tradition but to encounter God as individuals and as a community of faith. Journey with us!

Reading something like this on the internet is one thing but experiencing it is another thing altogether.
